Bottom Line: eXp Realty has built the most trafficked real estate websites in Whatcom County.  There is not another real estate agent or firm that drives the amount of consumer real estate oriented traffic into through their websites.  As a result we are looking for a special type of REALTOR.  First we are looking for agents who are consumer focused, who enjoy being online on a regular basis and understands that is where consumers are looking first.  An agent who enjoys previewing homes on behalf of their clients before they get to town.  Agent’s who are proactive and looking to align with a strong Web Centric real estate brand.

Our splits on Personally generated including leads from blogging on our top ranked sites with over 10,000 visitors per month (just in Whatcom County) is 80/20 with no Franchise Fees.
