Don't let bad credit stop you from buying a home.

Yes it's true you can get your credit restored to buy a home.

Here's the secret to credit bureaus don't want you to know. In 1971 the U.S. Congress passed the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Buried in this bill is section 609 where Congress required any information reported about you on your credit report must be backed up "verifiably prove." The credit bureaus do not have any proof, and they never have since the laws passed, so they been operating outside the law for the past 39 years.
The credit bureaus rely on banks, finance companies, credit card companies, etc. to provide them with accurate information but not the actual documents. But that's not what the law says. As a matter of fact the law requires the credit bureaus to permanently remove any derogatory remarks on the report without the proof and they can never put them back or stand to be fined $1000 for each item they report. This includes bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, late payments, and any other negative remarks on the credit report.
I'm working with a company who has over 11 years experience, over 165,000 clients, over 5 million line translations, they had never lost a single case. It's not a quick fix, it takes some time, but it can be done.
