The Wutcracker - 365 Things To Do In Bellingham, WA - Day 184

Tired of the traditional holiday ballet the Nutcracker, the Bellingham Children's Theatre is presenting an alternative, The Wutcracker, a musical parody that promises to have you rolling in the aisles singing wacky lyrics long after the final act.

It is at Bellingham High School at these times:
• Thursday December 16, at 7:00PM
• Friday, December 17, at 7:00PM
• Saturday, December 18, at 7:00PM
• Sunday Matinee, December 19 at 2:00PM

Local celebrities including 2 former mayors of Bellingham, and kids ranging in age from 5 -87 star in the locally written, directed and produced production.

The Wutcracker promises no point shoes, dance is barely recognizable, and lots of off-the-wall humor flying at a quick pace.
The Wutcraker was written as a celebration of doing something wacky and wonderful for the holidays. It is sponsored by the City of Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department, Whatcom Community Foundation, The Community Food Co-op, Village Books, Copies Now, and Friends of Bellingham Children's Theatre.
