Whatcom County Real Estate Market Report - June, 2012
Looks like Whatcom County real estate had a good month in June the price chart and this number of sales chart have been climbing and are also higher than they were at this time last year.
With the presidential election only four months away I think we'll see some stimulus in the market, no matter who wins. Let's think positive, interest rates are still at all-time low and are expected to remain there for a prolonged period of time. Banks are lending money again, if you have good credit and a steady job you can most likely get a loan to buy a home. If you're buying in the county outside the downtown area, you could possibly even get that home was a zero down payment loan.
Call me to find out how.
