Jami has been involved in real estate for over ten years. She started as an investor eight years ago buying rental properties to subsidize her housing expenses. She has been able to make a lucrative career renting and selling investment properties.
Jami attended Iowa State University and received her bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Administration. She has also worked in sales for several Fortune 500 companies. Jami has gained excellent organizational and people skills. She is knowledgeable in many types of real estate transactions.

Chris comes from a unique background. He has always embraced the idea of adventure. Whether dealing with people as an outdoor center guide, a ski instructor, a cruise line deck-hand or a special events director he has always enjoyed the aspect of guiding people and helping them realize their goals. What drew me to RE was my past experience with RE buying and selling homes personally.
Previously I was a Dental Assistant for a General Dentist and a Periodontist in Bellingham for the past 13 years.
My husband and I have invested in the past buying and selling RE.

My first year in RE I was Rookie of the Year.
The skills I have to make me successful are making personal relationships with people, good communication and organizational skills.
What sets us apart from other agents is that my husband and I work as a team.

Johnny comes to us after serving in the U.S. Army, first as an Army Ranger then later in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. Prior to this, he attended Western Washington University where he received his BA in '96.
Johnny believes it is important to continually educate himself in all facets of Real Estate to better assist his Buyer's in their transaction. He has previously taught a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar for Washington State for almost a year. He has earned his Associate Broker's license and the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation. He continues to live by the military values instilled in him. Honor, Duty and Integrity are not just words for him. His attention to details is a great asset to his clients.
In his spare time, he enjoys running and Muay Thai. He hopes to complete his first marathon at this year's Bellingham Bay Marathon.
